While on vacation in Spokane, we tried a "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Drives" restaurant called Waddell's Pub and Grill. I tried the Rube Waddell Burger. The burger was excellent and included a 6 oz. hamburger pattie, slices of corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese,
caramelized onions and 1000 Island dressing spread. I was disappointed by the fries, however, as they were overfried and hard. Also, the service was a bit disappointing. The host seemed too busy to seat us and I think he was the owner. The waitress was late to our table and forgot the beer menu then was annoyed when we asked for it a second time. Too bad!
Eagle Rock, CA's the Oinkster was a far, far better Triple D recommendation. :)
I also just learned that Schooner or Later at the beach was also on Triple D. They have great food, great ambiance, and the best mimosa/Sunday brunch for Mother's Day!
